Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp or call +971 55 258 2003 with the perfumes you would like, and we will confirm your order, delivery and payment with you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Ziina, through a secure payment link from our payment provider (we never see your full card details), and cash on delivery (COD) for deliveries within the UAE only.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge [until it has been dispatched]: just message or call us. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Are VAT or other taxes added?
K10 is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. For orders outside the UAE, import duties and taxes of the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Same day in Dubai and 1 day for the rest of the UAE. For other countries, see our Delivery page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within the UAE costs AED 30 and is free on orders over AED 700. Fees for other countries are shown before you confirm your order.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes, we ship from the UAE to customers around the world. Some countries restrict the import of alcohol-based perfume, so please check your local rules before ordering.
Returns
Can I return a perfume?
You can return an unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging within 7 days of receiving it. Contact us first and we will confirm the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or wrong. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they are defective. See our Delivery & returns page.
How and when will I be refunded?
Within [14] days of receiving and checking your return, to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or Ziina.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product, and we will replace the item or refund you.

Where are K10 perfumes made?
K10 is a perfume brand made in the United Arab Emirates.
Which sizes are available?
Each fragrance comes in one size: 75 ml, 85 ml or 90 ml depending on the perfume. The size is shown on every product page.
How do I choose a fragrance?
Browse by olfactory family or use the filters on the perfumes page to find scents by note. You can also ask us on WhatsApp for a recommendation.
How do I make my perfume last longer?
Spray from about 15-20 cm onto pulse points such as the wrists and neck. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, with the cap closed.
Where can I find the ingredients?
The complete ingredient list is printed on each product's packaging. Please check it before use if you have allergies, and read our precautions for use.
