1. Who we are and scope
These terms apply to every order you place with K 10 Perfumes, trading as K10 ("K10", "we", "us"), whether through this website, WhatsApp, telephone or our social media accounts. By placing an order you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to order.
2. Products
K10 sells Eau de Parfum. Each product page shows the fragrance name, size and price. Photos are for illustration and packaging may vary slightly. Fragrance notes describe the scent; they are not a complete ingredient list. The full ingredient list is printed on the packaging.
3. Prices
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). K10 is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. We may change prices at any time; the price confirmed to you when your order is accepted is the price you pay. Delivery fees, if any, are shown or told to you before you confirm your order. If a price was published in obvious error, we will tell you before accepting the order.
4. How to order and when an order is accepted
To order, send us the perfumes you would like by WhatsApp or telephone on +971 55 258 2003. We confirm in writing (by message or email) the products, the total price including delivery, the payment method and the expected delivery time. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we send that confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was published in error, or we cannot verify the order or the delivery address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
5. Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order free of charge [until it has been dispatched] by contacting us on +971 55 258 2003 or at mr.k10perfume@gmail.com. If you have already paid, we refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns rules in section 8 apply.
6. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Ziina and cash on delivery (COD) for deliveries within the UAE only. Card and Ziina payments are made through a secure payment link from our payment provider; K10 never sees or stores your full card details. For prepaid orders, we prepare your order once payment is received. For cash on delivery, you pay the courier the confirmed amount when your order is delivered.
7. Delivery
We deliver from the UAE. Delivery times, costs, shipping restrictions and customs information are set out on our Delivery & returns page. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct: if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because no one is available, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery, and additional delivery costs may apply. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to the person you nominate.
8. Returns and refunds
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it if it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Because perfume is a personal-care product, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective. To start a return, contact us on +971 55 258 2003 or at mr.k10perfume@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we will confirm the return address.
The cost of returning a product you no longer want is paid by the customer. If a product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return cost (see section 9).
Once we have received and checked the returned product, we refund the product price within [14] days, using the original payment method. Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer or Ziina. Original delivery fees are not refunded unless the product was defective, damaged or wrong.
9. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery fees, at no cost to you.
10. Safety
Please read the precautions for use before using any product. Perfume is flammable and for external use only. If you have allergies, check the ingredient list on the packaging before use.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, K10 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by customs, carriers or events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any of your rights, that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including your rights as a consumer under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
12. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when your order is accepted applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
