Privacy Policy

This policy explains how K 10 Perfumes, trading as K10 ("K10", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal data, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. K10 is responsible for your data; you can reach us using the contact details at the end of this page.

Data we collect

Contact and delivery details: your name, telephone number, email address and delivery address.
Order details: the products you order, amounts, and payment and delivery status. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page; K10 never sees or stores your full card number.
Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone, by email, through our contact form (which opens WhatsApp) or on social media.
Account details: if you create a customer account, your email address, name and sign-in details. Passwords are stored only in encrypted form by our sign-in provider; if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google, not your Google password.
Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, which our website host and content providers receive when you visit (see "Cookies" below).

Why we use it

To take, deliver and support your orders, and to manage your account (to perform our contract with you).
To answer your questions and requests.
To send you news and offers, only if you have agreed; you can withdraw at any time (consent).
To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run your order and our business, for example: delivery companies; payment providers such as Ziina and card networks; WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging; email, website hosting and sign-in providers such as Google; and professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it. For orders outside the UAE, your delivery details are also shared with the carrier and customs in the destination country.

Data stored outside the UAE

Some of these providers store or process data outside the UAE. We only use reputable providers that protect personal data, and we share only what each provider needs.

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for the period required by UAE law. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above; account data is kept until you ask us to close your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You may ask to access your data or receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict or object to its use, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. We use only cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for the website to work, for example to remember your language and delivery-country choice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Some parts of the website, such as fonts and code libraries, load from third-party content delivery networks, which receive your IP address in order to deliver them. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary ones may stop parts of the site from working.

Children

Our products and website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add new services. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
